PETS:
Sorry, absolutely no pets (no matter how cute, tiny or well-behaved) are allowed*.
Qualified Service Animals who perform specific tasks for individuals with a disability may be an exception and arrangements must be made at the time of your reservation.
Please note: Dogs or therapy animals whose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as Service Animals according to the ADA, even with a doctor’s note. They need to find a pet-friendly place to stay.

*We have an on-site caretaker and any violations of this or our smoking and pet policies will result in you having to vacate the premises and no monies will be refunded. You may be subject to up to $1000 charge.


RATES:

  • Please add 8.5% state+county lodging tax and $175 cleaning fee.

  • 3 night min stay required.

  • Rate is for up to 8 guests. Maximum guests 11. Add $25/night for each additional guest.

  • Stays 5/6 nights can take off $25/night. 7 + nights can take $50 off per night.

  • No large gatherings of more than 18 people total (that include guests not staying in the home).
    No parties or events without contacting hosts.

  • We regret we can offer no AAA, senior or other discounts.

  • Visa, MC, Amex and Discover cards accepted.


DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:*

~A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation.
Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, full refund if the house is re-booked.
Cancellations less than 7 days will result in full charge if the house remains unbooked.
~During high season (mid June thru Labor Day), last minute changes to the length of your stay will result in charge for each cancelled night that the house remains unbooked.

SECURITY DEPOSIT- Although no security deposit is required up front, if there is any damage to the home, items in the home or any pets allowed inside, you understand and accept that you may be charged up to $1000.
