and we will follow up by phone to confirm with a credit card# ,

We handle all of our reservations and availability calendar updates ourselves. 
Please know we pencil requests on our calendar immediately upon receiving them.
We unfortunately do not have someone to man the phones at all times, yet we will return your call or email as soon as possible!
